**Applications for the 2024 Field Market Season are now closed!**

Applications for the 2025 season are now open

Please read all guidelines to make sure your small business meets our standards prior to filling out an application. All payments are a non-refundable retainer.

Please note, the Wildberry Field Market is an upscale boutique farmers market experience. We expect all of our small business partners to uphold the values set forth in the Vendor Agreement + other information provided.

The Field Market season runs 9am-noon:

Spring (March-May) 2nd + 4th Saturday

Summer (June-August) Every Saturday (except 8/1)

Fall (September-November) Every Saturday (except 11/1)

There is NO Rain Date for Field Market dates!

Special Events 9am-1pm:

Opening Day (6/7/25)

Halloween at Wildberry (10/25/25)

Shop Small Saturday (11/29/25)

Vintage Christmas Market (12/6/25 + 12/13/25)

Rain dates are the following day, Sunday, at the same time.

During the 2025 season, the Farm is closed:

March: 1st, 15th + 29th

April: 5th + 19th

May: 3rd, 17th + 31st

August 30th

November 1st

Service Based Businesses

Food Trucks, Food Trailers, Coffee Carts, etc

(Baked goods, candy, treats OK!)

Flea Market Vendors/Resellers/Drop Shippers

Flower Vendors/Flower Farms

Vendors must have small business general liability insurance. Wildberry Farms LLC must retain a COI listing Wildberry as an additional insured (this will be at no cost to you)

Cottage Food Businesses/Food + Beverage Businesses:

Please make sure all licenses are up to date, and your labels meet the standards of the Health Department. More resources can be found below!

 

We ask that all small businesses also have a website or Etsy Shop, along with at least one social media platform dedicated to their business (Facebook or Instagram is ideal). 

Please note, vending at the Field Market is a commitment, failure to meet this commitment could result in vendor forfeiting their retainer/vendor space for the season.

Wildberry Farms provides a 10'x10' vendor space with about 2' of room on either side. Vendors can also park their vehicle behind their tent for easy unloading and loading.

Vendors provide tent, tables, set up + personal items for a morning on the farm!

Spaces are first come first serve with a paid retainer. The retainer is the total for the season. 100% of the retainer is due upfront. The retainer is a non-refundable retainer to hold your vendor space at the date(s) listed on your invoice. We invoice through our website.
