A Fall Farm to Table Meal

With two Summer Farm to Table dinners under our belt, one in July and one in August, we felt like old pros when we set out to host our first Fall Farm to Table dinner on the evening of September 24th!

We were blessed with absolutely gorgeous fall weather! Guests were treated to Mint Tea, and walked the property prior to our sit-down meal.


Our first course consisted of Vegetable Wantons in a Chili Vinegar Sauce topped with Fried Shallots + Green Onion Curls.

The Main Course was an Autumn Squash Gnocchi with a Brown Butter + Sage Sauce topped with Shaved Parmesan + Pecorino.

Our meal was topped off with a dessert of Butternut Squash + Cardamom Infused Bourbon Ice Cream with Homemade Whipped Cream + Candied Nut Crumble.

Chef Sean knocked this meal out of the park! The flavors were incredible, and we loved having his take on a Farm to Table meal at Wildberry! Thanks, Chef Sean!

We can't thank our guests enough for coming out to the farm for another wonderful Farm to Table dinner full of amazing food, great company, and beautiful scenery! And we do it all again at our next SOLD OUT Fall Farm to Table dinner on 10/22 with Chef Adrienne of Graze Gourmet.
