On a beautiful summer evening at the end of July, we hosted our very first Farm to Table meal at Wildberry!
Along with Chef Adrienne Shoots of Graze Gourmet, we created a three-course menu featuring produce, eggs, and other farm goods grown exclusively here at Wildberry Farms.
Guests were treated to complimentary Mint Tea, and started their meal with Summer Tomato + Bell Pepper Gazpacho with Stuffed Squash Blossoms.
The main course featured Wildberry Egg Pasta Primavera with Summer Squash, Cherry Tomatoes and topped with Basil + a Crispy Potato Nest.
The meal was topped off with a dessert of Raspberry Curd Tarts topped with a Toasted Meringue and Edible Flowers.
One of our long time dreams for the farm was to host a farm to table meal with the produce and eggs grown here on our farm. This meal was one of the highlights of our season, and we are so thankful to all who came out to share this beautiful event with us!
