Feed Your Soul at Wildberry

Writer's picture: Bridget JonesBridget Jones

Over the last year, since May of 2024, I have been on a journey of feeding my soul. I have fed my soul through my favorite podcasts (Pulling the Thread + The Mel Robins Podcast), my favorite fitness classes (Tribe Cycle + Yoga Barn), Breakfast with Matt (IYKYK), my favorite place in the world: SALT Wellness, get togethers with friends, attending our family's church, and focusing on really nourishing my mind, body and soul.

What happened was revolutionary. I became more myself, lighter, I had more capacity for what life threw my way (I survived a Mars retrograde through my rising sign. Again, IYKYK). I felt more connected to myself, and our community, and I realized I needed to bring this life-changing experience into Wildberry.

Our plan for the farm was never this big, but small things have a way of making way to bigger things and if I am being completely honest, it got too big for me. I wanted to be everything for everyone, make the experience perfect, make the farm perfect, BE perfect. And it was killing me. So I turned inward, and I asked myself what I wanted this to be.

I want to feel nourished by Wildberry, and I know you do too. It's what we need, it's what we crave. Community, gathering space, sunshine, come-as-you-are, radical acceptance, nourishment for our weary souls, because life can be really hard sometimes.

So this year, we are committing to feeding our souls. Feeding our bellies with good, whole foods, and selling those good, whole foods at a pricepoint that is accessbile because we can. Feeding our bodies with movement, sunshine, and grounding on the earth. Feeding our souls with community and radical acceptance at a come-as-you-are location. Feeding our minds with laughter, music, and making purchases at small, local businesses where we know one another by name.

Will you join us?

The farm will be open most Saturdays this season and we invite you to Feed Your Soul at Wildberry. See a complete list of events here.
